This is my first week and one of the small changes I've noticed in myself is the higher level of energy. I'm also back on schedule...I go to sleep earlier and I wake up at 6:00 a.m. AND I get to work ON TIME!

Well I'm Glad, and it will only get better. You will see how much more energy you will have even after a good hard work out. The main key is to never give up. Things will come slow but in the long run the results will add up. Keep up the good work.

Although it has only been the first week i have also seen changes....however, my changes are more on the inside...

Ranger Boot Camp pushes me in a way I never thought I would be pushed again.

I realize my limits, but doing this encourages me to go way beyond that.

Not only do we develop as a person, but we develop as a team, which is also important.
